Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated right on the 1st floor, offering a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and cool thanks to the air conditioning, but the noise from the street vendors outside setting up early and staying till late was disruptive. The location was nice, close to the center and near the station, despite feeling dirty and unsafe due to crime and graffiti around the hotel.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning and had a huge bathroom, which was just what I needed to wash off the hustle and bustle of Naples and relax. They were very well appointed with modern bathroom facilities and had quality fittings that made the stay very comfortable. The hotel's central location was very convenient for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed to wash off the hustle and bustle of Naples. The room was spacious, with a stunning, huge bathroom that easily accommodated two people. The service was kind and helpful, especially the concierge. The location was perfect for exploring Naples on foot and accessing major attractions like Vesuvius and Pompeii. The dining experience was nice, offering a range of pastries and fruit. Overall, a great value for the stay.
The hotel offered a mixed experience with comfortable and elegant rooms but also some disappointments like the lack of amenities. The service was friendly and helpful, yet there were moments of abruptness. The location, despite some intimidating aspects, turned out to be convenient for accessing Naples. The dining provided a decent selection of dishes. Facilities were sufficient but lacked some extras.
The hotel's rooms were spacious and clean, with a stunning, huge bathroom that was just what I needed to wash off the hustle and bustle of Naples and relax. However, they felt quite dark and, in my opinion, were too expensive. The shower was not very functional, being very warm and barely working.
The hotel rooms were uncomfortably hot even with the heating off, making it difficult to sleep. The room wasn't adequately prepared for three people with only two glasses and a minibar stocked for a couple. Despite the room feeling like prison cells and smelling of cigarettes, it had a beautiful bathroom.
